KWI Fusion Speed UTV Retrofit/ Upgrade

The KWI Fusion SPEED System is a ground-up redesign of the entire CVT drivetrain for pre-2026 SPEED UTV platforms — not a clutch kit, not a minor upgrade, but a complete replacement system engineered to push performance, durability, and efficiency far beyond anything the factory setup was ever capable of delivering. Every major element was reconsidered from scratch: airflow management, clutch architecture, belt design, and structural integrity — resulting in a fully integrated, patent-pending CVT assembly designed to operate as a single optimized unit.

Development began in 2024 when KWI brought a SPEED UTV into the product lab with one goal: build the next generation of CVT performance. After months of 3D scanning, CAD modeling, and airflow mapping, the Fusion System was taken to the desert for real-world validation. Tested under extreme high-speed runs, brutal terrain, and continuous overnight abuse, the system proved its durability, cooling efficiency, and consistency under the harshest conditions imaginable. Since mid-2024, Fusion-equipped vehicles have accumulated thousands of race and trail miles confirming what the engineering already showed.

The Fusion SPEED System replaces the OEM clutches, housing, airflow components, and belt with a cohesive assembly that delivers dramatically improved cooling, more efficient power transfer, stronger acceleration, superior RPM control, and significantly longer belt life. The patented carbon fiber and Kevlar CVT housing, billet Fusion Primary and Secondary Clutches, custom-engineered Fusion Belt, high-flow 4-inch air ducting, updated rear truss assembly, and KwikLock quick-change belt tool are all included — everything required for a complete system transformation in one kit.

Because the Fusion System operates fundamentally differently than the factory CVT, installation requires the updated KWI Fusion SPEED UTV carbon clutch housing and ducting configuration. Hand-built in the USA from premium materials, this is the highest tier of clutching technology KWI has ever produced.
