Take your Polaris Xpedition farther with a clean, purpose-built mid-travel suspension system engineered from our experience building high-performance trucks for some of the harshest terrain Baja has to offer.

Our Mid-Travel Arms bring that same motorsports-inspired approach to the Xpedition, combining strength, increased stability, and clean fitment in a true bolt-on package. Each arm is fabricated from 100% 4130 chromoly, giving you the durability and strength needed for serious exploration and demanding off-road travel.

More Width. More Stability. More Capability.

This setup increases the Xpedition's track width by 8 inches overall and extends the wheelbase by approximately 1 inch, providing a wider, more planted stance and helping create a more capable platform for tackling rough terrain.

Despite the increased capability, the design remains clean and purposeful—giving your Xpedition the aggressive stance and performance-minded look you'd expect from a system inspired by our Baja racing background.
